Booking Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all balloon orders placed with Balloons by Jess. By placing an order, the client agrees to the following:

All orders must be placed at least 30 days in advance, subject to availability.
Orders made with less than 7 days notice may incur a £10 late booking fee.
A booking is only confirmed once a non‑refundable deposit of [50%] or full payment has been received.
Final details (colours, themes, quantities, delivery address, setup time) must be confirmed no later than 30 days before the event.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments can be made via provided invoice or bank transfer.
Late payments may result in order cancellation without refund of the deposit.

Deposits are non‑refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will require full payment.
In the unlikely event that Balloons by Jess must cancel, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.

Minor changes may be accommodated up to 7 days before the event and are subject to availability.
Significant changes requested after this time may incur additional fees or may not be possible.
Payment of the invoice, including part payment, means that the client agrees to all details provided in the invoice including, but not limited to, wording, spelling and punctuation.

Delivery and setup times are agreed in advance and must be adhered to.
The client is responsible for ensuring access to the venue at the agreed time.
If collection of stands, frames, or hired items is required, these must be available for pickup at the agreed time. Missing or damaged items will be charged to the client.
If stands, frames or hired items are to be returned by the client this must be done within 24 hours of the event set up time, unless previously agreed in writing.

Balloons are sensitive to heat, cold, wind, rain, and sunlight.
Outdoor installations are not guaranteed and are carried out at the client’s risk.
No refunds will be issued for balloon damage or popping due to weather or environmental conditions.

Balloons are decorative items and are not toys.
Children must be supervised at all times around balloon displays.
Balloons by Jess is not responsible for damage once balloons have been delivered or set up.
Balloons by Jess is not responsible for damage once balloons have been collected from our collection box.

Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed due to balloon availability and lighting conditions.
Sizes, styles, and designs may vary slightly from reference images while maintaining the overall look and quality.
Balloon styles may change last minute due to balloon sensitivity. Balloons by Jess will endeavour to maintain the overall look and quality however this cannot always be guaranteed.

The client assumes full responsibility for the balloon display once delivered, collected or installed.
Balloons by Jess is not liable for injury, damage, or loss caused by balloons after setup.

Balloons by Jess may photograph balloon displays for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Tagging Balloons by Jess in social media posts gives Balloons by Jess the right to use photographs for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Balloons by Jess is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, accidents, or government restrictions.

By placing an order and submitting payment, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
